Carbon Bows

Carbon bows are made of high density carbon fiber which is obtained by a two-stage combustion process of plastic fibers.

Several layers of carbon fiber are laid in different directions in a negative form. The enclosed epoxy resin and hardener fix the fiber and provide extra support under pressure. The one-piece bow rods are manufactured under pressure and appropriate heat.
